What we collect
- Information you give us — when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email to make an enquiry or appointment, we receive your name, contact number and the details of your request.
- Information collected automatically — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects data such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
- Advertising measurement — if you arrive via one of our advertisements (e.g. Google or Meta), cookies or similar technologies may be used to measure the effectiveness of that campaign.
